Allergens and nutrition
Allergen labels, the allergen filters and the nutritional values are provided in good faith to help you choose, but they are approximate and may contain mistakes. Nutritional values are estimates based on typical ingredient data. Ingredients and their allergens also vary between brands and products.
If you or someone you cook for has an allergy or intolerance, always check the labels of the actual ingredients you use. The recipes and nutritional information are not medical or dietary advice; for specific dietary needs, consult a qualified professional.
Cooking safely
Cooking times, temperatures and portion sizes are guides. Use your own judgement, follow good food hygiene, and make sure food is cooked through and stored safely.
Recipes, photos and content
The recipe texts and photos on this site are our own work and protected by copyright. You are welcome to cook from them, print them and share links to them for personal use; please don't republish the texts or photos elsewhere without permission. The illustrations and the site icon were created with AI tools.
Meal planner and shopping lists
Meal plans and shopping lists are generated automatically from the recipes and may contain rounding or conversion differences. Check them before you shop.
Availability and liability
The site is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change, pause or remove it or any content at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from the use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
