Ingredients

For the placeholder:

1 cup rolled oats (powdered into flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
50 g chocolate chips
2 tbsp almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
2 tbsp vegan butter (melted)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Whisk all the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl.

Whisk all the liquids in a bowl.

Slowly add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Add the chocolate chips.

Shape small balls and bake them for 10-12 minutes. The cookies should still be soft when you take them out.

Let them cool down before serving.
